Our femitale holds a hot water bottle or heat pack of up to 1.2 kg for you without slipping.
Size Chart
Our femitales are one size smaller than you might be used to. Means if you normally wear an S, it can be an M with us. Take a look at our size table.
Shipping and returns
Shipping:
The average shipping is currently 2-3 working days. As soon as we send the package, you will receive the tracking code from our shipping service provider by email and you can track the shipping - please also check the SPAM folder.
Returns:
It is very important to us that you are happy with your order. Returns are of course possible. All you have to do is return your order within 14 days (unworn and unwashed, of course) and pay the postage for the return yourself. You can choose the shipping service provider for the return.
Exchange:
You don't want to cancel but exchange?
Please return your order to our logistician, leave the delivery note in the package, and let us know about your new order by email (hi@femitale.com).
